We source the highest-quality raw materials and chemicals required for denim manufacturing and store them in our facility.
The first step in denim manufacturing is direct warping. In this process, we arrange the yarns in parallel to create a warp beam that will be used in weaving.
After direct warping, we proceed with slasher dyeing. This process involves immersing the yarns in a dye bath to achieve the desired color.
Once the yarns are dyed, we apply sizing to improve their strength and weave ability.
With the yarns sized, we are ready to weave the fabric on our state-of-the-art weaving machines. We use a variety of weaving techniques and patterns to create unique denim products.
After weaving, we proceed with the finishing process, which involves a series of treatments to achieve the desired look, feel, and performance of the denim.
We take quality control seriously and inspect every batch of denim fabric thoroughly to ensure that it meets our strict standards.
Once the denim is inspected and approved, we pack it according to our customers' specifications, ensuring that it is protected during transit.
